I am ServSafe® certified as required by California Health Code. My forte is "Artisan" bread and pastry, in the style of "Country" French Artisans. I am unofficially trained as a Chef, in Vietnamese, French and Italian cooking by various restaurants, Cooks and Chefs, who I maintain close relationships with. I have catered, as a team, to hundreds of people and have successfully Managed or Supervised - throughout my Food Industry career - the same amount of employees and work for hires. I have experienced many Health Code visits while full time, and short time managing various restaurants, all receiving no less than an "A", while under my watch.
